Nokta Homes is a subsidiary of NOKTA GLOBAL Design and Construction Company, based in the Fethiye region.

Nokta Global (formerly known as Authentic Homes) was established in Turkey in 1995 and has been operating primarily in the Fethiye area for more than 20 years.
Our company specializes in design, construction, real estate management, holiday rentals, and hotel operations.

Through our commitment to continuous development and dedicated teamwork, we have rapidly grown and brought together our various areas of expertise under one umbrella — the Nokta Global brand.

Today, we continue to provide reliable, innovative, and sustainable solutions to both local and international clients, maintaining the highest standards of quality in everything we do.
