Nokta Homes is a subsidary company of NOKTA GLOBAL design and construction company based in the Fethiye region of South West Turkey.
Nokta Global (formely Authentic Homes) was established in 1995 in Turkey and for the last 15 years has focused mostly in the region of Fethiye. We are specialists in design, construction, property maintenance, holiday rentals and hotel management.
Due to our success and hard work, we have expanded rapidly and Nokta Global was introduced as our parent company name to incorporate, under it’s umbrella, our various areas of expertise.
We are also proud to announce that in 2017, we successfully opened new offices in Kuwait and Bosnia expanding our horizon even further.
We have a wide selection of properties available in the Fethiye, Ovacik, Hisarönü and Çalis areas and we are able to offer holiday homes, specially designed houses, renovations and commercial properties. All our properties are freehold, including apartments.
We have built our reputation on full customer satisfaction, and our aim is to make sure that all aspects of your purchase through Nokta Global is safe and secure. Our experienced and professional sales team has full knowledge of the local area as well as the Turkish property laws.
